Development and Recognition

As part of Strategy 2025, Porsche is implementing new employee development programs that offer education with specific goals in mind to track with employees’ personal and professional goals. Porsche is also implementing a brand new awards and recognition program for employees who stand out, achieve their goals and help make Porsche the brand it is.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

To further the education of employees young and old, Porsche offers a tuition reimbursement program for those looking for an extra degree to help them along their career path. For those looking for both bachelor and graduate degree that aligns with their position, Porsche offers $5,250 per year as tuition assistance. We want to ensure that our employees are always learning, improving and growing.

Porsche Care Network

The Porsche Care Network is PCNA’s community service organization, dedicated to making an impact in the Atlanta area. From working hands-on with charitable organizations like The Ronald McDonald House to offering grants to innovative local students, the Porsche Care Network is embedded in the Atlanta community. We encourage our employees to take part in our programs and help us make a difference to those that are nearest to us.

Transparency in Coverage

This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
